What an engagement looks like.
A clear sequence carries every engagement, from a one-off project to a long-term programme. Success is defined before work starts, and reporting stays open to you throughout.
Transparent from the first call.
Every engagement is deliberately transparent. Success is defined before we start, progress sits in shared reporting you can open at any time, and changes to scope are named and priced before we act on them.
The same sequence applies whether you buy a single service or an integrated programme, so you always know where the work stands and what happens next.
The stages, in order.
A project and a long-term programme walk the same path. Only the loop at the end differs.
Discovery
A focused call on goals, audience, market, timing, and constraints. If the goal, the budget, or the timing is not realistic, we say so at this stage.
Proposal and scope
A written plan follows: deliverables, the service mix, the timeline, and indicative pricing. It is specific enough to be checked against later, which is the point.
Onboarding
Messaging, brand guidelines, approval flows, and success metrics are agreed, and shared reporting is set up so visibility starts on day one.
Delivery
The work runs across the agreed services while one point of contact keeps every channel telling the same story. Urgent materials are prioritised and move fast.
Report and adjust
Results are reviewed against the agreed metrics. The report shows what worked and what did not, and the plan moves accordingly.
What to expect, and what not to.
The same model, stated as plain expectations rather than marketing.
What not to expect
- Metrics chosen after the results are in
- Invoices that grow without a conversation first
- A channel recommended because it is easy to sell
- Progress you have to chase to see
What we commit to
- Success metrics fixed at the start and reported against
- Scope changes named, priced, and approved before work continues
- A channel mix chosen from the goal backward
- Reporting you can open at any time
Every point in the right column appears in the scope document you approve before work starts.
What you can rely on.
Deliverables, timeline, and indicative pricing, all agreed upfront.
Time-sensitive press and content requests are prioritised.
Progress you can check at any time.
