Frequently asked questions.
Clear answers about what we deliver, how an engagement runs, how pricing works, and what to expect.
What does Reachford do?
Reachford is a London-based marketing and PR agency working with clients internationally. The services cover PR and media, branding and creative, social media and community, growth marketing, events and production, and advertising, engaged as a single service or as an integrated programme under one strategy.
Can I engage a single service?
Yes. Many clients start with one defined engagement, such as a press release written and distributed, a brand identity, or a paid-media build. There is no package you must grow into; every engagement is scoped to the need in front of us.
How does an engagement begin?
With a short call or a written brief. If there is a fit, you receive a proposal with the approach, deliverables, timeline, and indicative pricing. Nothing is binding until you approve the scope.
Can I send a rough brief?
Yes. Submit the current version, however preliminary, and we will help define the scope. Alternatively, book a call and the brief can be defined together.
How is pricing structured?
Cost follows scope: which services, how much activity, how many markets. Defined projects carry a fixed scope and a fixed price; ongoing programmes are scoped explicitly. Media and third-party costs are passed through transparently at cost, and every proposal carries clear indicative pricing.
How fast do you move?
Quickly. Enquiries receive a prompt reply, onboarding is short, and urgent work is prioritised. Timelines for each service are set realistically in the proposal, so progress is measured against a plan.
Which markets can you work in?
Reachford is based in London and delivers internationally, across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Campaigns are adapted to each market's media, platforms, language, and timing.
How do you measure success?
Against objectives agreed at the start, never vanity metrics. Depending on the work, that means quality of coverage and share of voice, qualified pipeline, search visibility, community growth, or reach and recall from paid media. Metrics are defined up front and reported against throughout.
Can you guarantee results?
Editors decide what gets published and algorithms decide what ranks, so no credible agency guarantees specific outcomes. What we stand behind is a sound strategy, disciplined execution, and honest reporting against the metrics we agree.
How do you handle confidentiality?
Discretion is the default. We work under NDA when asked, and we never publish client names, results, or work without written permission.
